Why do you use glass instead of crystal?
We use high-quality glass because it provides a clean, consistent surface for detailed laser engraving while remaining practical for everyday use. The result is crisp artwork that shows beautifully on the decanter and glasses.
Is my order shipped directly to my door?
Yes. Your completed order is carefully packed and shipped directly to the shipping address entered during Shopify checkout.
Is each decanter set inspected before it ships?
Yes. Each decanter and glass is inspected before shipment for overall condition and engraving quality so the finished set meets our quality standards.
Which sets include a wood presentation case?
The Decanter + 2 Glasses and Decanter + 4 Glasses packages include a wood presentation case. When one of those sets is selected, you can choose a Black or Brown case.
Can I choose which engraving goes on the glasses?
Yes. When your package includes glasses, choose either Dog & Pheasant or Pheasant. Every glass in that package will use the selected design.
